Q: Can I share the report template with Campaign Management Tool?
A: You cannot get or update the report template which you created in Campaign Management Tool.
In addition, you cannot view or revise the report template created via API, from Campaign Management Tool.

Q: Can I confirm and remove the report definitions created by third party tool by using my own API license key?
A: No, you cannot confirm this.
The report definitions created by third party tool cannot be deleted even though the application account ID is deleted.
If you need to remove the report definitions, you need to use the third party tool which created the report definitions.

Q: Where can I see the specifiable enum value for report via API?
A: You can get the enum list by ReportDefinitionService:getReportFields.

Q: How often should I check the report status until it becomes complete?
A: We recommend that you check it once every 5-10 minutes.

Q: How long does it take to create report once I create new report?
A: It depends on the system and the volume of account data.

Q: There is a difference of performance data between the report created via API, the report created via Campaign Management Tool and campaign list on the Campaign Management Tool.
A: The difference in the total value of each report is caused by our specification.
Since report data is synchronized with our core system for each report, there will possibly be slight differences depending on the timing of synchronization.

Q: How can I have report sample?
A: You can get report samples via Sandbox.

Q: Can we retrieve Yahoo! JAPAN Display Ad Network report from Sponsored Search API or vice versa?
A: No, you cannot.

Q: What item can I get from report?
A: Please refer to API reference(GitHub).

Q: Is there any limit on creating the report?
A: Please refer to Value Constraints on API reference(GitHub) for details.

Q: How many Report Job can I have?
A: Please refer to Value Constraints on API reference(GitHub) page for details.

Q: From when can I get report data retrospectively?
A: As for Sponsored Search API, report data from November 10, 2011 is available.

Q: I cannot check the data which does not have impression on the report.
A: Some reports will not display results on report that has no impressions (or performance). Please refer to reports on API reference(GitHub) page for details.

YDN API

Q: From when can I get report data retrospectively?
A: As for YDN, report data(last 25 month) is available. Only performance data after February 1, 2019 can be reported for targeting.

Q: From what time can I get the results of the previous day's report?
A: We do not specify the time. You can check the latest date and time when you are able to obtain results by getClosedDate. Please confirm that the closedDate is "yesterday".

Q: Can I specify report for today?
A: YDN API provides StatsService for today's report.

Q: Sometimes my report shows multiple performance data which has the same ID.
A: There are some cases that the actual performance data is shown in multiple lines even though they have a same ad ID.
