Change in bid adjustment rate by device for Sponsored Search auto bidding

Dear customer,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Promotional Ads.

There will be a change in the range of bid adjustment rate by
device for auto bidding type "Target CPA" in Sponsored Search.
Please see below for details.

2. Schedule:
Early April 2019
*We will make another announcement once the schedule has been
decided. Schedule may change without prior notice.

3. Overview:
There will be a change in the range of bid adjustment rate by
device for campaigns and ad groups using auto bidding type
"Target CPA".

<Before>
Only "Decrease by: 100%" available
*Options other than "Decrease by: 100%" could be selected
from the UI, but the setting was invalid.
<After>
"Increase by: 0 - 900%" and "Decrease by: 1 - 90%"
*"Decrease by: 100%" will continue to be valid.

4. Precautions
If you currently have campaigns and ad groups that are using
"Target CPA" with bid adjustment rate other than "Decrease by:
100%", ad delivery volume may change after the effective date.
Please confirm and revise the current settings of the bid
adjustment rate by device if you are using "Target CPA" in any
of your campaigns.
