Sponsored Search API V201901 release

Dear customer,

Thank you for using Yahoo! JAPAN Promotional Ads.

A release of new version of Sponsored Search API is planned.
The new version will support Labels feature and Standard bidding.
Please see below for details.

1. Product:

2. Version released:
 V201901 (WSDL version: V201901)

3. Schedule:
 January 29, 2019 (Tue) JST
 * Schedule may change without prior notice.

4. Overview:
 4-1. The "Labels" will become available
  "Labels" is a feature to mark entities such as campaigns, ads.
  This enables you to categorize and sort the elements. It was
  released in September 2018 on the Campaign Management Tool.
  The new API version will mainly deliver the following changes.
  - Create / revise / remove a label
  - Setup labels to campaign and other components

  Please refer to the help page below for more details on labels.
  What is Labels

 4-2. Adding Standard bidding and Deleting "Maximize Conversions"
  A new auto bidding type "Standard bidding" will be added.
  Auto bidding which has been created at account level will
  become available at campaign level.
  The new API version will mainly deliver the following changes.
  Following biddingStrategyType will become available as
  standard bidding on CampaignService.
  - Maximize Clicks (TARGET_SPEND)
  - Target CPA (TARGET_CPA)
  - Target ROAS (TARGET_ROAS)

  "Maximize Conversions (ENHANCED_CPC)" will be removed from
  BiddingStrategyType.

  See the following announcement to learn about items to be
  added and removed.
  New feature in Sponsored Search auto bidding

 4-3. Custom parameters on Site retargeting will become available
  There will be a change on Site retargeting tag which enables
  the setting of custom parameters.
  The new API version will mainly deliver the following changes.
  - Custom parameters will become available as one of rules of Target list
  - Acquiring information of custom parameters setting will become available

  Note:
  The following operational limitation will occur on acquiring
  rules or updating Target list with one or more rules of custom
  parameters on API V201808 or before after the effective date.
  - Acquiring all rules set on Target list will become unavailable.
  - All rules of Target list which have already been set will be
   reset when updating.
   Only new or revised rules will become effective.

  Therefore, using custom parameters on V201808 or before may
  cause unexpected operational result.
  We strongly recommend you to use the new version after the
  effective date.
  *More details of this change will be announced later.

 4-4. Ad quality improvement
  The approach of brand protection with restriction by the
  request of trademark owner and ad quality improvement is
  in progress.
  The new API version will add a flag to determine presence or
  absence of trademark restriction and error code.
  *More details of this measure will be announced later.

 4-5. Supports auto-tagging
  "Auto-tagging" will be released for conversion tracking on
  security enhanced browsers.
  The new API version will support getting and updating the
  setting information of auto-tagging.
  *This feature will be available for limited users.

 4-6. System updates
  Removing unnecessary items and revising some part of WSDL are
  mainly planned as system updates.
  *More details will be available on the document provided on
  the release day.

5. Closing schedule of Sponsored Search API V201805:
 Sponsored Search API V201805 will sunset as follows.
 -Deprecation Date :February 28, 2019 (Thu)
 -End of Life Date : May 29, 2019 (Wed)
